Exploring the Inner Landscape of an Athlete
Awakening the Powers of our Integral Nature

Integral Transformative Practice co-founders George Leonard and Michael Murphy wrote, “Body and mind reflect and influence each other with amazing fidelity.” In this interactive conversation, we will explore the athlete that lives within each of us and awaken a deeper, embodied awareness of body, mind, heart, and soul—our integral nature.
Through guided, experiential practice, we’ll discover how to align our inner and outer worlds into a more seamless whole. As we cultivate this integration, the athlete within becomes a living expression of wholeness—supporting us not only in performing at our best, but in doing so with greater ease, presence, and joy.
Featured themes and practices:
- Exploration of Integral Fitness and The Golden Triangle of SportÂ
- Awareness of and capacity for creating a grounded, centered state of being
- ITP Staying Current practice for navigating feelings as a doorway to high performanceÂ
- Experiential exercises for embodying athletic wholeness, wellbeing, and ultimate success
